Shipping Information

Availability and Delivery Time

Please note that as most of your garments are made to order, delivery times are typically 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. We try our best to beat these delivery times wherever possible. For items that we have ready in stock, the shipping time is usually within one week.  

If you require your items urgently please contact us first.

Delivery Methods

All parcels delivered within Australia are sent through Standard or Express Post. Express Post provides a tracking mechanism and guarantee of delivery times.

Standard mail delivery within Australia is usually 3-5 working days. Express Post is 1-2 working days.

All international parcels are tracked and sent through Australia Post's International Courier service.  Please note that the time frame for delivery of international orders can vary from 4 days to 2 weeks. Goods purchased from Rowbust need to be pre-paid before they are delivered, unless a purchase order from a University, School or College with approved credit is supplied.


Returns and Exchanges


We can only accept refund on full priced items and for purchases made on the website within 7 days of the dispatch date.
Sale items are non-refundable and non exhcangeable.

To return an item please send the item in its original condition (unworn and unwashed) and your refund will be processed once we have received the item.

If a product is faulty, we are happy to replace it or pay for the extra postage.


If you are unhappy with the fit, cut, size, colour, please send back the item in its original condition with a self-addressed standard or express post bag and please fill in the form attached.

Payment Options

All internet orders are made payable through Visa, MasterCard and EFTPOS.  We also accept payment through Paypal.

Local orders for schools and clubs with purchase orders require no upfront payment. However, final balances are due prior to delivery.

New international orders are required to be pre-paid prior to commencing work. Returning customers can begin work with a 30% deposit. All payments are in Australian Dollars.

Consumer Privacy / Security

Rowbust takes privacy seriously and are committed to the highest level of information security. The personal information we collect allows us to fulfil the services requested and data is stored on secure servers.

We typically collect name, address, telephone, email and product purchases for each customer.  We do not store any credit card information.

Any information collected on the website will not be shared with or sold to any other organisations unless required by law.  We do not accept any responsibility for the use of information that has been obtained through unauthorised access.

At Rowbust, we stand behind the products we make.  We believe they are the best in the market and we use only high-quality materials.  As such, we provide a 2 year warranty on our products against fabric or manufacturing defects.

Ethics Policy

We treat our employees and stakeholders equally and fairly and do our very best to provide fair wages and good work conditions.
Given that our business constructs items from raw materials, we are mindful of being a consumer of resources.  Our business actively recycles paper and glass, and looks to reuse or donate any scraps of fabric.
